This isn't a big, anonymous company. I keep it to a size where I can personally guarantee you a fantastic service. All of our readers start by doing a number of readings with experienced testers and people like you who give them real questions and problems to deal with. They only get to join the team if they are able to quickly connect and deliver accurate information by asking questions in a way that leaves testers feeling positive, empowered and clear about where they stand and the options open to them. I personally monitor calls and deal with any queries. Also, I have my five-minute rule. This means that if you haven't been blown away by your reader in the first five minutes, you don't get charged - no questions asked.

It is essential to me that you are happy with the reading, but unlike on the credit card line, I can't give you a five minute decider period so if you’re not happy in the first three minutes hang up and try someone new. If a reader is connecting with you, it should be an instant process. This line has proved immensely popular with most clients returning again and again.

If you have a reading with someone who has left the team, or if a reader gives you their personal number you are not under the Michele Knight guarantee if you book that reader directly. Although all of the above readers are self-employed and have other private clients our guarantee only extends to readings booked through Michele Knight Psychics (trading as Michele Knight Limited). This is to ensure that my high ethical standards are adhered to at all times and is for your protection. We firmly believe in your power to transform your life and will not under any circumstances encourage you to become dependent on this service or on any reader.
